Personalized, private sessions are the core of the Mongoose Bodyworks offering, and the perfect forum for the customized experience that is our signature. Each virtual or in person session begins with an assessment, and a prioritization of goals. Sessions feature Pilates equipment, mat work, carefully chosen props, and entirely individual instruction unique to your specific goals and needs.
Private sessions can be taken with expert, senior and master level instructors.

Pre-Natal and Post-Partum
Pilates during pregnancy and the post-partum period has been proven to positively effect women in profound ways, long after their child-bearing years. By supporting and releasing the pelvic floor, toning the abdominal muscles, and maintaining ideal alignment and posture, pregnant women remain strong, nurtured, and prepared for birth. We gently guide post-partum women to swift recovery and renewal, teaching them to reconnect with their core while addressing common conditions including diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues.

Our focus on balancing the core connection while improving overall alignment makes Pilates the leading movement practice for the treatment of chronic pain. Whether you have a history of disc injury, or more generalized back tension, our Back Care sessions are designed to protect your spine and relieve chronic discomfort. Our instructors craft exercises that are both safe and effective, helping you unlock your potential and, ultimately, live without pain.

Strong Bones for Osteoporosis
We all experience bone loss as we age. However, Mongoose Bodyworks Strong Bone Program may be able to delay bone loss and help spur new growth. These sessions improve balance and alignment, preventing falls and injury. Pilates is a safe way to stay strong, vital, and connected to your own innate power.
Fluid Flexibility
These sessions use Massage balls, foam rollers, and myriad stretching techniques to leave you feeling long, limber, and lithe. A flexible, agile body is better able to engage in daily activities, experiencing ease of movement, improved sports performance, and reduced bodily tension.

Bodywork with Halle
Halle is a healer. Her meditative bodywork sessions seamlessly combine Cranio-Sacral therapy with related light touch techniques. These gentle sessions may be used to help clients address areas of ongoing physical pain, tension, or discomfort, or to provide the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax.
